We are Babynke and Joris, a Dutch couple based in Romania.

In November 2021, we borrowed the Volkswagen T4 of Babynke’s mom to move to Cluj-Napoca. The van stayed with us for over five months, during which we explored Romania in a way we would recommend to anyone with a love for nature and adventure. That’s how Camper Adventures Romania was born.

After a successful first season filled with surprised and happy travellers, we moved our base to Timisoara, and of course, Camper Adventures Romania moved with us.

Since the 2025 season, we have taken another big step: relocating our main operations to Bucharest. With its easy accessibility and high demand, it’s the perfect hub for travellers from near and far. We are excited to have Razvan and Aura on board, running the Bucharest operation with passion and dedication. Our fleet has also grown: we now have 4 campervans ready to take you on your next Romanian adventure.

Partnering with Volkswagen & Westfalia Campercentrum the Netherlands allows us to guarantee Western European standards and service for your Eastern European adventure.
